The Itaewon Sweet Shop is located in Itaewon, Seoul, South Korea. It is open Monday – Sunday 11:00 – 20:00.
The vanilla ice cream and lollipop accessory cost me ₩4,800. Other accessories to add to your ice cream include balloons and a white/pink heart. You can also get a purple sweet potato ice cream for the base ₩3,800 price. Any accessory, the balloons, lollipop or heart is an extra ₩1,000. They sell a “gold” ice cream that costs ₩10,000 if you are feeling rich and extra. Also at this location they sell doughnuts and other small pastries that you can enjoy as well.

It is nestled almost perfectly between Itaewon Station and Hangangjin Station. It is located inside alongside a clothing store. For ease of finding their information in Korean this is the name of the restaurant already in Korean: 이태원과자점
